Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Supernovyx ("we", "us", "our") provides Google Ads management services for dental practices. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Supernovyx is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at [email protected].
What data we collect
- Information you give us via the contact form: your name, email address, practice name, location/country, treatment focus, and anything you write in the message field.
- Booking information if you schedule a call through our embedded Calendly scheduler (handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy).
- Usage data collected by analytics cookies only after you consent — for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found the site.
- Technical data our hosting provider logs automatically for security and reliability, such as IP address and request times.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare for an intro call, and provide our services.
- To measure and improve the performance of the website (analytics, with your consent).
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
Lawful basis (UK/EU GDPR)
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, on the necessity to take steps at your request (pre-contract) when you submit an enquiry, and on our legitimate interests in running a secure, effective website.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies that are required for the site to function (for example to keep your session secure). With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner, and change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you opt in.
Who we share data with
We use trusted third-party processors to operate the site and our service:
- Hosting provider — stores the website and form submissions.
- Resend — delivers the email notifications generated by the contact form.
- Calendly — powers call scheduling (only if you use it).
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement (only with your consent).
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to provide our services, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. UK/EU residents also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on our admin systems. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This website is intended for dental-practice owners and marketers and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
